Meet the Providers

Shoaib Khalil MD

Physician

Dr. Khalil is a dedicated internal medicine physician with over 12 years of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from Ayub Medical College in 1999 and completed his residency in internal medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, Texas, from 2002 to 2005. Following his training, Dr. Khalil began his medical career in Alabama, where he honed his skills in patient care before eventually returning to Texas to continue his practice.

Throughout his career, Dr. Khalil has remained committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations. His approach emphasizes preventive medicine, patient education, and continuity of care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Khalil is an avid fisherman with a lifelong goal of catching a record-breaking bass. He also enjoys exploring culinary experiences and cherishes time spent with family and friends, embracing the balance between professional dedication and personal fulfillment.

Rehan Tariq

Physician's Assistant

Rehan is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in internal medicine and primary care. He works closely with patients to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. His focus is on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that emphasizes education, empathy, and prevention

His path into medicine began with a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Texas, followed by a master’s in molecular biology and sciences from Louisiana Tech University. He later completed his master’s in physician assistant studies at the University of Kentucky.

He is passionate about helping patients take charge of their health through preventative care and informed decision-making. He is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and practicing evidence-based medicine to serve his community with integrity and care. He believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his patients, guiding them through both acute concerns and chronic conditions with empathy and clarity.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, staying active, watching sports, and exploring new cuisines.
